This pair of identical retail buildings will add medical offices to the existing shopping center. Their exteriors compliment the surrounding buildings by using similar materials into its design. The towers are punctuated by large 12x24 limestone bricks and feature a darker stucco signage/cornice to create a warm retail space.

To utilize sunlight, the building is designed to have high storefront windows along the East and West axis. The interior was kept open for future development.
